M.A.M.A. Caregiver Companion is for organization, planning, education, family coordination and caregiver support. It is not a medical provider, diagnostic system, emergency service or electronic prescribing service, and it is not a substitute for professional healthcare. If this is a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency service. Do not delay emergency action.

Ask M.A.M.A. helps organize caregiving information, prepare for appointments and locate resources. It never diagnoses, prescribes, recommends medication changes or replaces your healthcare providers. Only the specific information you choose for a request is processed by the AI service — your journal, Vault documents and full account are not sent automatically. Your private content is not used to train general AI models.

We practice privacy by design and data minimization. Your caregiving records are visible only to you unless you explicitly share them with a Care Circle member you invite. Journals, wellness check-ins, Vault documents and expenses are never shared automatically. Administrative access is restricted and audit logged. We do not sell caregiving or health-related information. This product does not claim HIPAA compliance.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for your own care decisions. Accounts are for personal, non-commercial caregiving use. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown until cancelled. You may delete your account at any time.

You may cancel a subscription at any time from Subscription & Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. Digital product purchases are downloadable immediately and are generally non-refundable, but contact support if something went wrong and we will make it right.

We build toward WCAG 2.2 AA: readable typography, strong contrast, large touch targets, full keyboard access, screen-reader labels, accessible forms and plain language. If something is hard to use, tell us and we will fix it.
